Either way you go have it resolved at closing, I just went through this on a house hack where one tenant had to leave for me to occupy and it took a lot of pressure off my end knowing that I don't have to handle that situation myself after closing.

It's a fascinating idea, but it would mean the tax, assuming there was a reval that apportioned the current total by lot sq ft, would be so high that the pressure to build vertically would be tremendous as the revenue from the densest is made up by the less dense.

I found it interesting that when they are giving examples of flips and wholesales that the numbers they show on the screen do not always directly relate to what they are saying.Do not take anyone with you that is swayed by pressure sales.
