It has to be looked at on a macro level which is why it's a slim to none degree of people who will argue Capitol Height's as being a mass appreciation play...….

I can track easily the masses that watch a given amount of any given video.

Even so, if you can stand out, make your piece look professional and like it's not mass-produced, and hit them at the right time, you'll get some deals.
