Attitude can be a reflection of leadership!!!!

In the present context whereby its seems American leadership is trying to devaluate the US currency, it will add you some extra points on your RE investment. 

It seems as if agents and flippers are at the bottom of the totem pole with developers, large institutions, and commercial/investment companies at the top.

But one can study under local experts who you check out by asking around, and of the leadership of the REIA who is trustworthy and honest.  

I will take the low rung on the great minds totem pole.but I have done a lot of owner finance deals in my day..

I have been semi-active with the WH Chamber for about 1.5 years but will be more involved as I was just accepted into their Leadership program.

If you try simply applying a model and excusing yourself from the leadership component that is required to manage a bunch of lazy, insane salespeople it won't work.

To date, I am absolutely loving it... for the first time I have travel flexibility for 2 week getaways, I am able to take on leadership roles in the community, I even have headspace for creative ideas and designing on my real estate purchases.

Ok, really, how is ANYTHING Bo-Bo-Biden is supposed to be in direct "leadership" of?
