Hey everyone, The Air Force has decided to move me back to my hometown!

I have considered Uber and Air bnb.

The house appears to be in decent shape except for one condition, there is a ton of mold or mildew on the ceilings by the air vent grille.

I am also in the Air Force, currently living in Minot, and looking to invest in a similar size property while I'm stationed here in Minot.

You can loose a year of cashflow very quickly to unexpected roof repairs, furnace or air conditioning replacements or even exterior painting for a random C of O inspection or a shocker come tax time.

Do you have an air conditioner that is relatively new and just needed a new evaporator coil or is leaking refrigerant? 

I don't have experience with tenants vaping but I do know that the vapor smell dissipates in seconds once it is in the air.

There was dead air space at the front due to no foundation ventilation.Damage- the front sill and sub floor, the center beam, damage under some old plumbing at the rear center; tube scarring on numerous floor joists.
