In the meantime use the search function on BP and type in lifestyles Unlimited  and I think there are some post from the past of similar questions. 

My key goal is to get educated as well as identify sponsors with a consistent track record and good operators who underwrote and have operated properties well.

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

Then search the internet and read 50 articles about syndication from various sources.

VRBO has implemented a policy where they charge a commission on bookings made outside their platform if they can identify them as direct bookings.
