I don't post a lot of Before & Afters here (I know people get bored of them), but this one is so nice that I wanted to give some credit where it's due...This was a three-way BiggerPockets partnership between @Todd Whiddon, myself and another BP member who would prefer to remain nameless (he shuns the celebrity lifestyle ;-). 

I celebrated throughout the weekend, while my property sat idle through negative degree temperatures.

I rather have more celebrations than less.

A couple of weeks ago, I shared a success story celebrating the fact that I quit my job and closed on a 202-unit the same day.

Celebrate that you didn’t have to get your hands dirty or deal with potentially troublesome tenants 

He's going to celebrate because he was sitting in his office, got a text message, and now he has a potential $30K check in his future on a deal he didn't have to spend a dime to find.

It is possible perhaps that those boomers get replaced by the healthiest generation ever and in larger numbers.

It's an exciting time and you deserve to celebrate a little after all the hard work and time you invested in learning, researching, finding that right property and most importantly acting upon all of that information.
