I am completely new to real estate investing and am interested in the Central Georgia area and the BRRRR method.

I'm learning the BRRRS method and want to obtain my first rental property soon. 

One of my good friends and I were talking about different investing methods and decided we would be each others accountability partner.

With the CAP rate method are you saying I COULD expect to pay $484,200 for the MHP?
