Anyway, I don’t know if this is a dumb question or too vague, but I’ve really enjoyed the Bigger Pockets website and all the info on here.

Also many flippers are buying now simply for tax write off purposes. 

I would consider taking over a turnkey property there but wouldn't advise investing in a conversion unless you're going super luxury or simply want to enjoy the area yourself frequently.

I can pluck out all the sneaky BS in a PA in about 5min, AND I know how to write them to have maximum visual appeal with maximum client protections and rights.

Important to note, this advice is geared towards those writing smaller LP equity checks as I suspect that’s where most interested investors reading these forums fit. 

Although I know many have enjoyed and done well from it, a house hack just not for me. 

You are allowed to enjoy your real estate.It doesn't make sense to me to move out of the home you bought just to rent another house unless you were moving states.

I would get whatever is agreed in writing if they linger.
