No real player will do any meaningful business with the people they can't trust. 

Insurance companies often prey upon agents (Especially new ones) telling them only half the story to encourage them to sell as many of these "infinite banking" policies as possible and make large commissions. 

There are 'out' clauses in a run-of-the-mill PSA so that is nothing new ... glad to get encouraging words.

This closing of a tax loophole used by many small investors and couples will definitely encourage people not to buy rental or vacation property they might eventually want to retire in.
