I am sure its not as bad as when Kwamie was running the city  LOLAlso like I said when you take homes trading for less than a used Tesla and you have thousands of middlemen/women   IE wholesalers running around and many with little to no actual real estate knowledge and a fair amount of them with Nefarious intent this is what you get.we live in a bubble  out here especially in conservative rural Central and Eastern Oregon and Washington..

If you call and they cant at least text or call back within 30-60 min, then you should search for another agent.Idaho Falls, and all of Eastern Idaho is a good area.
