Mike, it sounds like you're suggesting that none of the three options I listed are good comps to use, and that I should instead stay within the "neighborhood" selected and expand my search to include properties that may be very dissimilar from the subject property.

my understanding is one will have to set up an acct each time to use the device and then they could essentially leave that acct on there and the next person would be unable to use that acct without knowing how to delete it.
