One just drives around San Jose/Cupertino/Mtn View/ Sunnyvale and look at all the tech companies and you know its not going anywhere..

Multi family loans under $1,000,000 are certainly more difficult to obtain because they don't meet the minimums of most companies and most local banks aren't so welcoming to out of state investors. 

The next level up is hiring a revenue management company or VA to do this for you.

The company gets more and more greedier over the time.

And it can be done there locally.When I was active in Jackson there was my company and another called SIF one of the owners was married to a local doctor if I recall. 

I work in IT at a local boat manufacture and my wife works in the office of a flooring company in Longview.  

I'm in the same boat, I've been happily using Stessa for a couple years and recently I'm having connection problems and they're not connecting with mortgage companies that are buying out my loans.

Our company manages about 500 doors throughout Southeastern WI.
