Greetings,I am a 22-year-old college graduate with $110,000 saved up, no debt, a good credit score, and have been working full-time since July this year. 

I purchase all my properties under my business SMART in E.Z Restoration Inc.

I am 17 years old, I have no debt, and I live rent free with my parents.

I just want enough stable revenue to pay yearly expenses, hire a property management team, and pay the debt preferably in 5-10 years.

We also broker multifamily loans to banks, credit unions, CMBS, debt funds, and private lenders.

Plus it’s liquid and there is no debt (all assuming, of course, some mega government doesn’t come out and issue a new world Cryptocurency rendering my BTCs valueless!)

Not a collection agency, but have you considered using a rent reporting company to report the debt directly onto their credit reports with the Credit Bureaus? 

I have no debt and have managed to save a significant amount of money.

I am debating whether I want to restore the door to what it was, (I wanted to list this home for sale and I will surely get dinged on this on the inspection in terms of wear even if it is bonded and white).
