@Glen Michael I've heard Peter Lohmann talk about using NPS scores for their residents and owners, I don't know too much about it, but I think it's a system designed to get a real idea on how they're doing.

I am from the Philippines, but I currently reside in Las Vegas.

Often residents want to move in within a couple of weeks and it takes time to get all the information together to get everything accomplished in a timely manner.

The main difference here is your clientele/residents.
