Instead, write out a counter offer, accepting the rent amount, but without the additional responsibilities for areas you have no control or access of and that are, at least in part, shared with other units.

As far as writing the offer without your input, that is not a problem as long as she is willing to correctly portray your input in a counteroffer.

case examples"Here Is the breakdown: 1) Acquires Non-performing note list:  400 listings2) Narrows down list  to 100 borrowers/notes "recently paid" 3) Round up Real estate brokers who do drive byes … which was described as literally " rounding up Cats on Crack"4) After offers and counter offers list is narrowed down to 25 or roughly 6% of original listings. 5) A team of 3- 4 members  must "internet Sleuth " background check borrowers.6) Utility companies need to be called to find out the most recent payments...to check on borrowers..7) I haven't even got to establishing contacts with service agencies(getting notes reperforming / foreclosures/ evictions etc.,.etc..I am always cautiously optimistic ….but note investing seems to be a "full time job" ...not for the part time investor?
