Due to the unfortunate coronavirus situation my husbands job is in jeopardy like so many other people's.

Regular office is having a hard time which is why cap rates look higher.As to what will work out better in the long run nobody can predict the future just look at Coronavirus.

Perhaps I would be open to new cities beyond where I currently own.But I would definitely restrict my investments to states and communities that have democratic governors that take corona virus seriously and which have the most stringent rules in place to combat the spread of the virus. 

Since corona virus is expected to get worse in the US and Europe before things will get better, I think that the stock market will continue to drop fast, as people want to have cash or gold.

I can at lease control my RE purchases and holdings, whereas the stock market is so fickle and ever wavering with every bad earnings report, Fed whisper, and now Corona virus.

I'm currently looking around Indianapolis area guys, I was about to go there this week to check some houses, but with the corona virus and people with short money to pay their rent, I'm postponing a little bit my plans....
