The sales pitch is appealing, with the company setting up the new equipment, servicing the equipment, and splitting out the profits; however, the commitment is LONG!

pretty common reaction lol. the reality is that yes, investing does come with challenges. if you treat your investments like a business & really commit to being great at it, you will face far fewer challenges than the average mom and pop landlord. another reality of it is that the wealth-building power of RE, when done right, SERIOUSLY outweighs challenges like landlord/tenant issues. in life, find people who are doing what you want to be doing, and take advice from only them. block out the rest. 

It also shows a certain level of commitment.

@Dulce Davis, he didn't commit insurance fraud as he didn't submit a fraudulent claim to the insurance trying to defraud them out of anything.

I too, have an appointment with Anderson Advisors tomorrow, but based on the insightful responses here on the BiggerPockets forum, I would have to agree, especially for my situation that I may need to be a bit more established before taking on a "Platinum" commitment of any kind.

Update: In a more favorable market I would have waited before committing to this deal which I agree has some yellow/red flags.

However when investigating this I see I would likely be commiting fraud.
