Upper Kirby, heights, and Med Center are other submarkets worth investigating.

It's for a class titled The American Economy since 1865 and my professor is giving us a pretty large avenue of topics to write about, as long as it connects to the U.S. economy in some fashion and is centered around a pre-1950 period of time.I wanted to write about something that I have an interest in, so I've narrowed it down to real estate (and preferably the commercial side).

It comes off as self centered to believe that after knowingly breaking a contract that you are somehow being wronged here.

Millennials care most about the location and the proximity to amenities like parks, shopping centers, restaurants, nightlife, etc.

It shouldn’t be meant to be a profit center, but security is necessary especially in co-op’s.

The mortgage guys really hurting are the ones that built their practice on the low hanging fruit house of cards of artificially low rates, which is rate and term refinance business from a call center cubicle thingie.

Prices are lower but people can still commute to job centers.

If the builder announces a new shopping center and all the area around it is vacant land then the value would likely climb but if a builder announces a water treatment plant and the area around it is residential homes then the value would likely drop. 

Those are usually smaller centers.
