@ James - This is an over under duplex and we listed the entire home (internal stairs to upstairs) and listed the two units separately.

A year later an inspector came over telling me not only none of the units is legal but there is an open citation on the property since 2006 and the previous owner was suppose to get rid of the illegal stair case in the front as well as converting one unit to a garage and building a ramp.

My question persist on the following:Concrete steps/stairs are made up by a series of plywood boxes stacked in which you then pour cement into.While reviewing the work done I noticed that the contractor made plywood boxes but then covered them with a flat piece of wood then added cement on top.

We are taking down and replacing all of the drywall, replacing the treads and risers on the stairs and this includes paint, trim, lighting, etc.Laundry/mudroom renovations: $4,461 - similar to the above, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, some small interior wall changes to closets, etc.Dining/living rooms: $6,835 - the trend continues except here we are installing flooring.
