FYI I do have plenty of reserves for my other units already, but would like to keep each property separate. My question is, where should I draw funds from to pay the least amount in penalties, taxes, loan interest, etc. from the following sources I have available:- 20 year 401k loan for a property- Sell a piece of my stock portfolio at 15% capital gains tax- Take a HELOC against an existing property- Private money loan from a trusted partner I have worked with beforeAlternatively, I could pool the reserves for all my properties to ensure I can cover anything immediate and know that I could always sell off a piece of my stock portfolio if needed and have the funds within 3 business days or set up a HELOC and only draw from it if needed.Appreciate any thoughts or what you have done in the past.

Looking to get into some smaller apartment buildings in the near future. As far as the difficulties of investing in Japan, I of course agree with everything said, but in my case I'm at near-native fluency and own and manage my own business separate from anything real estate related so even without permanent residency I've never had trouble getting a loan (except of course I can't get some govt backed ones like a primary residence mortgage) for business or investing.I'll try to get in touch with everyone local to よろしくお願いします。

:I had a consultation with Andersons a month ago... his youtube videos are great and a lot of good information... but they have packages... and are VERY VERY expensive... for the same setup as other companies for a lot less.I contacted Royal Legal Solutions as well... packages as well and expensive.I also contacted the Small Business office in Kansas and a couple of local lawyers. So far Mark J K has been the best consultation and fees as very down to earth... but will confirm tomorrow :)
