It's terrifying when senior officials do "untransparent" deals...whether it's financing off-shore drilling or awarding defense contracts to companies the officials' have large stakes in, it's all very scary...It's sad when the American people have to question the motivations of our administrations...for example, whether things like energy policies and wars are kicked off simply for the pursuit of personal gain by politicians.And dirty politicians should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, whether that be impeachment or even war crimes tribunals...

While some courts will allow some admisntrative functions to be reimbursed to an individual note holder, individuals are not allowed to run up the bill, so if you were sued, a judge may only award actual financila losses to the note holder and the balance may go to the borrower.

OK, I can see this as allowing Tom, Ryan and Rich having an opportunity to get ten votes for an award, or you getting an award for 100 posts, I know how you like rackking up quick points, but I can also see how you'd like for this thread just to die out.
