@Tom Gimer  just like buying with Auction . com once you have an accepted offer you CANNOT change vestings even though I have bought ( well lets say a bunch of them off of this site) I have to follow the rules and I don't like it because I like to change entities occasionally as funds clear up in one LLC... 

Rehabbers, what sources are most of your deals coming from; Wholesalers, the MLS, or foreclosure auctions? 

I’ve been working on picking up properties through county auctions where I am but I want to also dip into this way of acquiring lands as I progress.

I am looking for some help/advice on working pre-forclosures and auctions in Lake County Indiana.

Quick question.  If the property is in an estate or trust name at a tax deed sale what are the implications.  Are there any methods to buy these properties since others may be leary? Thank you in advance 

Hey guys,I found a property which is going up for auction however the both owners are deceased.

It seems there are ways of "getting in" before auction, but how?

Also it ask for a cashiers check to be written for the deposit to the company auctioning off the property however if you do that and not have it written to Or your name the bank won’t give you back the funds does anyone know if they will accept the check if it has Or someone’s name on it.

I am in the learning phase currently, with the hopes to attend my first auction soon, whether it be online or in-person at a live auction.
