This should be written into your purchase contract.Veterans Affairs (VA) and US Department of Agriculture (USDA) mortgages can be 100% financed.The first 11 properties that I bought were all essentially financed 100% in one way or another, and I didn't have any savings.

If its closer to what you paid, thats what other people thought about the property.Flipping will be a risky affair, especially as a first one.If the property is not in a very upscaled location, you can demolish existing home and build a 3Bed2Bath starter home.

If it's easiest to just add her as a partner to the LLC I will go down that route, but I was hoping to avoid additional paperwork down the road as I primarily handle all of our real estate business affairs (e.g. as an LLC partner, would she need to sign for every purchase?
