Scroll down on their site and you'll see they have quite a few fees tacked on so that drives the price up a little higher.I don't see the model as sustainable for the long-term without bumping rents up quite a bit.

I'll just say that while I am working somewhat insane(ish) hours, I actually scroll through BP on my downtime. 

I can load 3-4 rounds of posts by hitting the "LOAD MORE POSTS" button but, inevitably, the app won't let me scroll down far enough to load the next round of posts in the thread.

I scrolled over the old photo and it gave me the option to upload a new one.

I always buy at least one "scroll stopper" piece to help my place stand out from other listings.

Just search for the zip in Zillow, pick any single property and then click on "neighborhood" scroll down a little and it will show you average appreciation rate for the zip in the last 12 months and the prediction for next 12 months.

Do you know any great site I can scroll through for duplexes? 

For example, I had nearly 50 Positive Reviews (nothing less than 4-Stars), as well as what they call Superhost Status (which is another conversation entirely), and that kept my listings on the first page when guests were looking at that market, yet a few bad reviews can put you on the pages that are too far for the average person to scroll to.In short, hospitality is KEY in the STR game.

Here is the "lesson learned" : on the county listing, under "PARCEL#/NAME" is "Foster & Foster Tax Sale" (the primary law firm handles the sales) - scroll down the list,  if there is an addition firm listed (last time was AMS), there will be 2nd sale group. 

Type in the address and scroll down to the crime section.
