I feel there will be a big push to go back to the office over next few years as we have more and more layoffs, and we'll see a rebalance of areas like this with more activity.

If you are hurting and are in financial trouble apply, but there are millions of business out there that need these funds and the idea that some might just want to take the funds cause its available could mean that the local restaurant misses out, or the local toy store fails cause they didn’t get the funds because they ran out, or the mom and pop hardware store has to lay off their employees for good.
