I watch his video and it sound like he has all information about finding PVT money from public record as well as scc compliance with how to contact them, how pvt investor magically says yes.

Bring your pdfs printed out and ask your PM what you need to do to get your cash flow back.I'd also look up some investors around town and meet with them while you are down there for the weekend.

Print out a letter and an address label, wear gloves every step of the process and don't buy the stamp at the post office if you want to be anonymous.

The best you can do for him is probably to print a few good comps both sold and for sale (1270 sft for 50k, 1548 sft for 41k etc) ) and go walk them and hope that he starts to understand.   

I love the blue print you've laid out...I have similar goals and would like to mimic what you've laid out, but with tweaks and motifications that meet the goals I'd like to achieve.

I wanted to support Yellow Letters because I've heard great things, but I'm a little disappointed this morning...I ordered business cards on 5/13 and they didn't print until 5/22 and now I won't get my order until 6/1!!!  

If you are using a reservation software which can print owners statement, reconcile the trust account among other things, then you can use:-- QuickBooks Pro (one time fee)-- QuickBooks Online (monthly fee) - you do not need the plus account as all the owner details will be tracked in the reservation software.Gita Faust
