I believe after repairs this home will sell for much more)The renovations would include: an extended and upgraded kitchen, combine 2 of the rooms to make one big master suite with walk in closet and and a master bathroom suite, adding a bathroom, uncovering and refinishing all of the original hardwood floors throughout the entire home, add on back screened in porch with an additional open deck off to the side, new fencing and landscaping, a new roof and some modernized upgrading to the additional rooms.

It is a portable.

Be sure to wipe down inside and outside cabinets and closets.

The one on the left enters directly into the dining room, while the one on the right enters into the living room with a coat closet right there upon entering.  

Find the least obvious route to access the main living floors and cut wall,,,take out all bricks from that side,,,make it into a storage closet type thing and  put new heaters with duct work out sidewalls OR electric heaters with no ducts. 

They're full bedrooms with closets and both have french doors leading to the back yard.

Check the walls behind the showers (usually bedroom closet walls).

One bedroom has a closet without a closet light and I want to install one.

So, I was able to cut an acess in the linen closet.
