People who have done this have to patch it by having an attorney draft something up where the LLC informally assumes the mortgage payment responsibility from the people.

I currently own one property that I have completely renovated and are now house hacking, I have just signed the contract for another property that will become a positive cash flowing rental and I also have a nice patch of dirt near Melbourne that I am doing a brand new build on to rent out.I discovered BiggerPockets this year, and since doing so I have learnt so much.
