Also I only said, typically 2 out of the tenants pay rent approximately 1-2 months late on occasion - you make it look like I always have a problem with rents.

For cosigner, I have allowed it on rare occasions, usually it's just an easy way to put it back on their shoulders that they don't qualify instead of many requests for me to accommodate their issues.
