Most major cities and HOAs are limiting the amount of STR in a certain radius.

IT might not....Second we did a 10 building complex 2 story builidngs, that had paint on the brick,, we sand blasted the paint off as much as we could.. the look of the exposed brick with partial paint on it had a old European look which is WOW really popular now.. the owner did copper clad trim on windows and copper color lighting to make it really look awesome.

And, that's why many europeans call us cowboys, many think we all carry six shooters.

I would say most major areas in Florida are at 2005 inventory levels right now.

I believe the best communes for this are Ixelles & City Center (Bruxelles 1000) for tourists and Etterbeek (European Quarters - Schuman, Merode, Montgomery) for business & government travelers.Hope this helps!

@Adam York most major or local areas have a Facebook groups dedicated to finding a roommate or even an apartments so if your price range is within someone budget of finding a roommate u can subject your rental.
