@Matt Leber you mentioned your duplexes are long distance…and your concern with long distance is how long it takes to turn a unit-not annoying/erroneous fees or having a lack of integrity with your PM.

I use rentredi, for the most part it’s great, affordable easy to use, and it’s integrated with latchel which is pretty cool. but a couple of my issues with it are, there’s no way for a tenant to access and pay on a desktop, only smartphone app.

I will say that I agree with the below comments regarding integrity and that you shouldn't lie to your tenants. 

Integrity is bedrock for me with my small portfolio.

Having the integration they offer (lease customization, for rent postings, tenant screening, collection of rents, etc.) seems like a powerful tool especially with the extremely nominal costs associated with each one.Has anyone used either (or both) options and if so, what has been your experience with them? 

Being able to weed them and other integral team members out takes time and work that some people don't have, in which case the turnkey option would be perfect.

All three channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, and Nelchina.com) are calendar integrated so there’s no jumping back and forth between calendars.
