@Joe Cummings  - it is conceivable that since the two breakers were not tied together, that one could trip independent of the other and thus leave the system being powered at too low of a voltage.

Eric, sorry I don't have any stories of getting ripped off as a lender.....none....notta, not that some didn't try.Any time someone came in (mostly commercial deals) as if they had just found the best thing since sliced bread and were overly ecited, I get leary quickly, over-selling a deal is just a tip off that I'm not getting the true picture.The concept of dual control of adminstrative functions is a good way to limit issues.

The good thing is you don't have too much competition because most don't want to do it, most of those who do suck, and with the dual income society of today a large amount of people are not home.Back when dinosaurs roamed the earth and the mythical single 9-5 income family existed I loved door knocking.
