My siblings and I have inherited a small family farm. 

For me, because of the way my family works, if my father had come to me and my siblings with the next 2+ years of our lives mapped out for us, I for one, and at least 2 of my siblings, would have bristled with resentment.  

One night, he had two women (siblings) over and they were smoking crack.

I owned a house with my siblings and that could not end soon enough for me. 

The current situation is 3 siblings taking over an estate looking to cash out by the end of the year.

This is a property that's been in a family for long time but two siblings now want to sell.

It could be a relative (sibling, cousin, niece, nephew, etc.,) neighbor, friend, ex-spouse, etc.,..

The home sits on a double lot with a massive yard in a very desirable A school district ( people literally buy homes in this area just to send their children to this particular school).  2 of the 3 siblings have agreed to a purchase price of $60,000 and I cover all closing costs and do diligence money ( survey, title search/ insurance, real estate attorney, etc...).  

Its a couple of siblings that inherited a house and they havent paid the taxes in years..they dont even know how much they owe.

They share the same last name so I assume they're siblings but I don't know anything else.
