@BJ Ross  Not sure what the exact question is, but looking at this situation you need to make sure the primary lender (1st mortgage lender for 80%) approves the seller financing.

However, they are still far easier to deal with than banks and now that they know us we are closing in under 30 days on most deals.I would add though, and this is something my partner @David Ross often emphasizes, it is based on the relationship you build.
