I have been told to look around Hope mills area, Jack Britt school district  and southern pines/Aberdeen. 

Home was willed by decedent to kids, and pretty sure seller is executor Me and family, arriving from out of state, with movers, trucks, friends and family arriving out of state to help because I am injured and can NOT heavy lift at this time.This went down on Friday evening, was told that seller is getting lawyer, this wasn't supposed to happen, will talk to us Monday.......Seller refused early occupancy, so, seeing writing on the wall, texted our realtor and stated our personal belongings are in home, as well as my federal government owned/issued computer and badge, and I have no idea how that will be handled .....Our realtor said, "you have things in house?

Inexpensive cleaning items are a great idea, and also think about those small conveniences that a stressed out mover might have forgotten.

Then, when they've bought a house, they'll have movers bring everything out of storage. 

The movers will also know, they may have dealer tags that they can use, call mobile home sales companies, they know good movers and may have services.

Many times the loan payment is less then rent.I have had luck bringing in older homes to my parks by finding them from sellers on Facebook marketplace and through leads from movers. 

This saved us time coordinating movers, deliveries, etc and focus on the design and operations after everything is set up. 

High end renovations are not going to be a needle mover in this area - rental price is. 

I didn't own a lawn mover and didn't want to spend money on one! 

If you have to use movers, please get more than one estimate to do the move out ( several companies will try to screw you for four hours of human labor).
