There is a lot of development going on in my city and it is is all being pushed north.

But to the north, west and south, there has (almost) always been a stock of housing that was more affordable than in Boston.But then all of that housing stock kept rising in price, and earning power didn't keep up. 

The most surprising thing about this little pocket or north Carroll Park is the DOM, the average DOM for out closed comps are 9 days.

The insurance is prohibitive but we're personally browsing property on the North Coast currently. 

Was recently in North Carolina, there are 100 counties and about half had had growth over the last census figures, and half have not had growth.
