Construction is managing a lot of things going wrong, so it's just very risky. 

Be easy for her to prove me wrong, just provide a link to the house on Zillow, or the MLS, purchase and sale would go a long way to provide a bit of credibility to her hard to believe statements .Id love to be proven wrong on this, but my observation  of crew Josh over the past few years this isn't going to happen.He constantly uses case studies to show how much money they make on a house, many of them houses that haven't sold. 

Your claim about "incel types" is not only wrong but offensive.

So many things can go wrong with a partner and it never surprises me how many people do dumb things (that you wouldn't guess by meeting them) that could be catastrophic in a real estate deal.

But if you are someone that got involved with the wrong company and your portfolio is not performing, you know how to find me. 

Correct me if I’m wrong, but reaching out and saying “Hey, I know of this undervalued property and have comps” isn’t going to cut it.

This may be wrong (happy to be corrected) but that's what I'm finding.
