He chose a payment date of the 14th of every month on automatic withdrawal .I called the office of Avail.co earlier today, and they said some states consider the "paid" date to be whatever date the tenant's money leaves the tenant's bank account, not the date the landlord receives the money.

And since as a landlord with less than 100 homes you are limited to only filing a small claim on the damages and you can not report this kind of tenants to the Credit Bureau, it's worth the price.

I have not tried to use the debit card at a ATM for cash withdraws, but I bet there will be fees, so I probably will just us my old ATMs.I have noticed that their website is a little clunkier than Bank of America.
