How are these changes playing out in your day-to-day hosting operations?

To which I have been told that we would need around 25K-30K in liquid assets in order to be approved.

But in this case I'm trying to zone in on a specific type of deal so that I can focus on that and try to specialize in it. 

We're still in the process of obtaining numbers from some subs in the area for the construction budget.

I do have a mortgage currently in my name that I am in the process of having assumed, so currently my DTI is very high because of this.
