What are your impressions of OKC? 

Not many people I've come across I can recommend but as a manager/investor, she was definitely impressive.

This included not only looking at the sites themselves but also interviewing investors about their experiences.Realty Shares is unusual, because it has some of the most impressive features in the industry, and it's also one of the most complained about sites.

They didn't give us a date, so we were under the impression that the rehab would start ASAP.

in this case 2.5% Many of the properties are possible short sales, but I was under the impression that the sellers pay the realtor commissions. 

You said that you got the impression that the tenants were "putting on a show" regarding their excuses for not paying rent.

I’m not totally clear on the rules but I was under the impression that you had to wait two years to give the owner a chance to pay the back taxes.
