Creative finance doesnt have a presence in Canada as it does in the US..

However, the co-op association isn't allowing move-in's at this time due to the Coronavirus.I know this is new territory, but would it be reasonable to ask to defer the closing until I'm allowed to move in?  

Your presence makes them look good so they should pay you for the advertisement.

You could have a tenant and then they could sublet that other unit, but again, that's sticky territory.
