The initial bundle fee that was in place for about two years was reasonable. 

Many attorneys charge a consultation fee that will be credited to my bill if I continue to work with them but I don’t want to pay for various consultation fees unless I know for sure that I have contacted the correct attorney.

This often only works with large properties where you are raising north of $1mm in equity, otherwise the legal fees eat up too much of the overall deal to make it worthwhile for anyone.

They will have to sell it for a loss cause nobody in their right mind will buy that  The increased developer fees is only going to impact the seller, because they are the ones paying for it.

So while the partnership may show a loss, the loss would be passed through to your personal return and then be subject to passive activity loss rules.The partnership only creates more of a headache as there will be additional tax filings and fees for creation and ongoing support.Activities inside a partnership are not necessarily taxed any differently than if they were reported on your personal return.

Most states require you to be licensed to perform a wholesale deal in which you negotiate a contract, market that property and contract and then assign it for a fee.

More percentage-based fees are a bit disappointing since on larger homes or longer bookings of, say, $10k a 7% processing fee would equate to $700 in channel fees for bookings hosts effectively created on their own. 

I told him that I would charge him the same fees as before. $50 late fee after the 5th and $5 fees each day late.
