Mr Money Mustache is pretty good at laying that out.After that you can begin strategizing on what real estate works in your area that can provide you the income you need in 5 years.

Unless the property is above 1% and has major appreciate or strategic/development value, I would suggest selling.

In some cases that was organizing business systems, and in other cases, helping to provide them strategic and planning advice.
