@Arnold Finkelstein  I am unsure what state you are in, but in Florida we have to pay deed doc stamps which is essentially a sales tax on real estate purchases. 

The spoons were identical save for a small stamping on the spoon, from what I recollect.

Save this updated/paid invoice/file.Currently, I print the invoice, stamp it, add the payment information, scan and save as a pdf. 

In my opinion, it is really expensive and transfer taxes (stamp duty) are high - and in Melbourne, they are paid by the purchaser.
