The market isn't going to take off and leave you behind tomorrow--you have time to take this slow and learn, observe, and review offerings without making an investment until you are ready. 

Sounds like an inexperienced investor who can't take personal responsibility for the fact that you can't handle being in the low income rental business.I don’t agree with you, I could have just gone on redfin and bought a turnkey or asked an agent in Akron area to help me get one.

In that case, this would need to be an all-cash purchase and could be sold along with any liens, violations, or judgments against the property to be the responsibility of the purchaser.To your point, this is difficult but feasible.

For the most Service has been responsive, they're adding more functionality, though wish I could track maintenance/repair requests and service fees for rent, but the cash management is what's keeping me here for now.

So a little over 7 months construction period, a little longer than I liked it to be but it's our first time building a house like this so we took it slow and had to correct some issues along the way.

I understand that everyone has unique goals, and responses will vary depending on those objectives.

I need credibility, either through working for a couple of years for a company or buying my own property, starting small, and scaling with time.Now, my plan is to graduate next year (Im a junior), and get a job in a firm as an analyst in order to build that experience and mainly cover my living expenses, while on the side buy my first small property and go from there.However, and this is where I start overthinking,  I still have 1 year left in school and I want to use it to my advantage as I don't have any expenses or responsibilities other than school yet, and I want to do my first deal.
