Those events will hit US overseas investors and they will want to sale their hobby resort houses on the beach as fast as possible.

I'm born and raised in North Beach San Francisco and started investing in Columbus back in 2021.

When AirBnB first got hot in 2014 I used to sublease my rented 1/1 bungalow in Venice Beach when I traveled.

Property 2 is 148k 2bed/2bath in an area I'm not familiar with but by the location I can see its 3-5 mins away from a college, hospital, and highways. 30-45 min drive to the beach.

Adding the fake grass allows guests to use every square inch of our property and people love that they can continue there beach trip by feeling like they are walking on grass.Its obviously going to vary by area, location etc etc, for us it was the best 12k we ever spent from the look, guest experience and overall dollar for dollar its been great.

Harb  just like wholesaling guru's who say you can wholesale in any city with no money and no credit.. how far is that going to get you in Newport Beach..

While Tulum and the Riviera Maya have deployed many efforts to be not about just the beach, most visitors wouldn't go if it wasn't because of the area's beautiful beaches.
