Do you mean a sandwich lease-purchase, in which you lease purchase from the owner and then sublease to a tenant buyer with the option to purchase?

@Scott RobinsonYou’re correct that if you hold title it will be more of a lease option.I’ve seen it both ways.Problem you’ll have with a sandwich deal and you later transfer title upon sale, your mortgage lender will likely call the note due upon sale.

But then you have leasing and that's as big a part of the real estate basically as big as buying and selling and NO wholesaler gets on here and says you don't need a license to lease a property you don't own.. some of the gurus try to teach sandwich leases but that's a lot of work.

If he has a VALID Lease Option, the most he can do for you is to Sub Lease Option (called a Sandwich Lease) IF the Lease Option allows for it.
