Maybe we can have a rotating monthly meet-up in different areas of the state to attract people from all over the Connecticut area?

I'd like to know if anyone on the forum has realized my dream: Own multiple properties in desirable locations and spend time during the year rotating between various properties (potentially internationally as well) during vacancy times.

Although with units I think with a Postcard, although not as effective from a call volume standpoint, the calls may be a better quality and certainly the postcard entry is much less expensive.I would probably rotate the three pieces so your message doesn’t get stale

So i rotate my list its all about timing.

I'm also going to start putting call in leads in an email rotation every month or two, but I've found people hesitant to give email addresses.  

I would rotate the divided list each month.

I could do all 2,400 at once or divide them into four groups and do one a week on a rotation.  

If you do BBs use a rotating schedule.
