You can invest very little money and get the 'basics' by attending an in-school training (not correspondence-course) a course in real estate once you get here in Florida.

Luckily, I had the best realtor who actually allowed us ALL (yes, even my NOT potty-trained puppy) to move in with her.

There is excellent training on 2 or more units.

That is how tenants a re trained. 

I am not sure if this is the right number to use this because one of the major advantages in the subject property is it is 7 minutes from a major train station that takes people into New York or Philly and this is extremely valuable.

Personally, I've turned down many rentals just because of the train noise.

I am sure some of the hires are getting on the job training or recent graduates of trade programs and may not have a lot of experience.  

I live 30 minutes by train from Madison Square Garden.  

I took classes through CA Realty Training and they have sample questions you can use to see if you are ready for the test.
