Build a resume or portfolio of success.

They say things like "I have multiple jobs going on right now I need more in advance to get your project started"  I want to figure out how I can eliminate those people in when I prequalify general contractors.Additionally I have been asked by more established GCs for me to provide them a financial resume. 

I intend for this to be a long hold (ideally) unless we have some nuclear spikes in the next 5.Any input is appreciated - thank you

Should I go in with a suit and tie with a resume to the actual location or do people normally just call the brokerage and as if they are looking for additional agents?

No studies have been done on my property, no part of my property is being affected, and I am not aware of adverse impacts (now, if the City were building a nuclear reactor or a moon rocket launch in their right of way abutting my property, I would maybe think twice before answering no).

And yes, as many have said, experience and success investing for your own portfolio is the best resume builder, in my experience.
